We had a great stay! Super clean and modern!

ups en downs Positive: Swimming pool and the fact that you can sit outside under cover in the evening, so you won’t be bothered by mosquitoes. Negative: Hosts were not easily reachable. Upon arrival, the combination lock on the door didn’t work. The hosts were initially unavailable via WhatsApp, and they didn’t pick up when we tried calling. Eventually, we received a friendly response via SMS, letting us know that there was a key in a small cabinet that we could use to get inside. The accommodation itself is generally in good shape (pool, shower, and bathroom are excellent). However, due to the bad weather, we were stuck inside, which highlighted some areas that could use improvement: broken pool table, no dish towels, insufficient coffee, cracked stove, bedside lamps not charged, and curtains that didn’t sufficiently block out light—an issue if you have a baby. These are all manageable issues, but they impacted the overall value for money. Our main criticism, however, is that a (pleasant) conversation with the hosts regarding a possible refund due to the severe weather (Milton) that forced us to evacuate did not come to a satisfactory conclusion; our last question was never answered. We don’t have an issue with the fact that no refund was provided, as this is clearly stated in the terms.
