Absolutely Incredible Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pinnacle Point was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of quality and customer service. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities, the cleanliness, and most importantly, the customer service were all outstanding. Every person we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. What really stood out to me was that it didn’t just feel like a five-star hotel — the service and personal attention were on a completely different level. I highly recommend Pinnacle Point to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. I would definitely come back again!

Just had an absolutely amazing stay at Pinnacle Point. The property is stunning...both the house and the surrounding land. Views, nature, pool, movie room, games, bedrooms/ bathrooms.....everything was top quality. Wish we could have stayed longer, and hope that we will come back. Also- the Relaxtay staff provides incredible customer service....way beyond what would normally be expected.....and Pinny in particular is beyond words. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Amazing property!

Simply the most wonderful reunion we’ve had yet. Cannot recommend Relaxtay, Pinnacle Pointe, and their lovely hosts enough. Everything we could possibly have wished for they provided for us quickly, efficiently, and with warmth and kindness. We would gladly return to this majestic home in upstate New York for another wonderful summer family reunion!

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. They went the extra mile and provided extra amenities like snacks, cold drinks, bathrobes, razors, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.Both the inside and the outside spaces were beautifully appointed. The view is spectacular. Our host Pinny was very proactive. He communicated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely return!
