🔥 Fire & Fun | Luxe Stay w/ Pool, Hot Tub & Game Room 🎮

This property was not what my family and I expected. The pictures were beautiful, and we walked into filth. Urine stains on the toilet, bad odor, stains on the mattress, dirty pool area with no clean place to sit, disgusting hot tub, broken storm door with exposed glass, glass and trash in the pool area, broken light fixtures inside and outside of the house. There were literally stains everywhere, and I was told it could have been weather-related, though it hadn't rained in days. I believe I primarily communicated with the property manager, who couldn't reach the host about our concerns. My refund was denied, and I was told the property was clean prior to our arrival. We have pictures and videos of the property from when we arrived, which show otherwise. We were told the storm door with exposed glass that also didn't close wasn't a safety concern because it wasn't the front door of the house. Trust me, do not book here. You will regret it. I tried to upload pictures, but the site won't allow me to.

We had a great stay at this property. The house offers a very large common area, perfect for gathering, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was excellent—Pinny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus: about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and only 2 minutes to a 7-Eleven. Transportation and shopping were both very convenient.Highly recommended.

A very nice stay. I would highly recommend for all!!!!
